Drama School Audition Coaching
Are you applying for drama school? Want to feel more confident in your monologues? Struggling to find an audition piece? Or, do you just need some help with your application? Then get in touch! I offer informal and relaxed one-to-one sessions from my home in the southside of Glasgow to help you with the process of applying to drama school. I can also offer one-to-ones via Skype.
I auditioned for drama school five times before finally being accepted on the BA Acting programme at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland and have now have built up a number of significant credits in the industry including a BAFTA Scotland New Talent Award and performing in the West End. I understand how challenging and demanding the application process can be and wether it’s your first time or fifth time applying, I want to help you feel as confident as possible!
When you get in touch to book, I will ask for some information to help me best prepare for our session together. This will include information about where you are in the process of applying to drama school, which school/s you have applied for and if you have any material or speeches you are already working on or if you are still searching.
The sessions are an hour long and are tailored to what you need - from finding suitable audition material to getting the most out of your chosen pieces, from advice on personal statements to interview technique or from sight-reading practise to understanding Shakespeare. It would be great if you could bring a long a copy of any material you are working on with you to the sessions!
Booking a Session
If you are interested in booking a session, you can contact me at or via this website - I would love to hear from you! One hour sessions are £30 and I schedule my sessions around both of our availability and generally book sessions for no further than two weeks in advance.
"Sarah’s skill and talent of interpreting text and working through character was a massive help for me. In only a short amount of time I was delivering my speeches, Shakespeare in particular, with new found detail, passion and believability. Also, her vast collection and knowledge of contemporary plays is a huge bonus, too."

Any questions at all, please do not hesitate to get in touch via my email above. I look forward to hearing from you!
